Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Temple finds, creates and supports programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and families.
Our cornerstone program, the Ronald McDonald House, provides a home away from home for families with children receiving treatment at our local hospitals and medical facilities.
Our Ronald McDonald House
Our House offers 18 bedrooms with either twin or queen size beds, each with its own bathroom. The rooms vary in size to accommodate all families. All rooms contain bedding and towels
Feel at Home
Families are encouraged to have a sense of normalcy in their lives: cook the meals they want, wash their clothes, and be together as a family to receive support from one another and with families in similar situations.
McLane Children’s Hospital
McLane Children’s Hospital offers the latest in imaging and surgical technology, along with physicians and surgeons who are pediatric specialists, and a 24-hour emergency department.
Temple, Texas
The city of Temple is one of the fastest growing cities in Texas, with an average population increase of 17% over the period 2009-2019. Temple offers the conveniences of city life with a small town ambiance.

Golf Tournament
Our 36th annual celebrity golf classic benefiting the Ronald McDonald House of Temple, will take place on April 30-May 1, 2023. Dallas Cowboys legends Bob Lilly & Randy White will host the event and they’ll be joined by over 40 celebrities from various sports and teams, each of whom will captain a team of local golfers.

Help us celebrate the 2023 holiday season and LIGHT up the Ronald McDonald House of Temple (RMHC of Temple)! By “sponsoring” a light for $20 each you will be helping the house provide guests with warmth, food, comfort and many other things they may be missing during their stay while their child is receiving medical treatment.

Thanks to everyone for participating in our 2022 Ronald McDonald House Sporting Clay Shoot presented by Mac Haik Temple! We had wonderful weather and a terrific crowd for our shoot this year. The event was record breaking for us regarding registrants, sponsorships and fundraising goals. Our community…..YOU…..helped to raise over $50,000 to help us with our mission of Keeping Families Close. We can’t say thank you enough!
