Release and Indemnity Agreement And Terms and Conditions of Participation

Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Temple Texas (hereinafter “RMHC of Temple”) supported by Kids & Clays® Foundation, through its local volunteer committee, is holding a Fund Raising Clay Target Shoot hereinafter (“Event”) at Weber’s LTD. The Event features various clay target shooting activities. You the undersigned (hereinafter “Participant”) have expressed your desire to participate as a shooter in the Event. Ronald McDonald House Charities, supported by Kids & Clays Foundation and Weber’s LTD, is willing to permit you to do so, subject to the terms and conditions listed below. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY, THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. If you have any questions please speak to a representative of the local Ronald McDonald House.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By signing this document you hereby confirm and agree to the following:

You acknowledge that there are risks and dangers inherent to the participation in the clay target shooting sports and the use of firearms. By participation in the Event and signing this Agreement you agree to accept all risks and dangers inherent to your participation.
You will comply fully and completely with all rules and instructions which RMHC of Temple supported by Kids & Clays Foundation and Weber’s LTD, the shooting facility hosting the Event, establishes for participation.
You for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators and personal representative and next of kin waive, release and forever discharge and hold harmless Ronald McDonald House Charities of Temple Texas, Kids & Clays Foundation, Weber’s LTD, the volunteers, officers, trustees, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (thereinafter collectively “Ronald McDonald Charities”) from any and all claims, actions, liability, causes of action, demands, judgments, rights, costs and expenses or whatever nature and kind you may have or may hereinafter have or acquire including, but no limited to, personal injury, death, property damage or loss arising out of or in any way related to or connected with this Event and your participation therein.
You shall hold Ronald McDonald Charities harmless and indemnify them from all claims, actions, liability, causes of action, demands, judgments, rights, costs and expenses of whatever nature and kind brought against Ronald McDonald Charities arising out of or in any way related to or connected with your negligence in your participation at this Event.

BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING ANY RIGHTS YOU OR YOUR FAMILY MAY HAVE IF YOU ARE INJURED DURING YOUR PARTICIPATION AT THE EVENT.

I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE FOREGOING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND, BY SIGNING BELOW, VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE BOUND THEREBY.

I, the undersigned, am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant. I have read this Release and Indemnity Agreement and in consideration of Participant’s participation and acceptance as a participant in this Event agree on Participant’s behalf to be bound by its terms and conditions.
