Feel at Home
We provide lodging and support services for families whose children are receiving medical care at local hospitals and healthcare facilities. Most families come from out of town, and our goal is to help them maintain a sense of normalcy during their stay—cooking their own meals, doing laundry, and spending time together while connecting with others facing similar challenges.
Our House includes 18 bedrooms, each with either twin or queen beds and a private bathroom. Rooms vary in size to accommodate different family needs and come fully stocked with bedding and towels. Many rooms include pull-out beds. If you need personal toiletry items, please ask a staff member—we keep a small supply on hand for guests.
We offer a large laundry area with five washers and five dryers, along with complimentary detergent for your personal laundry and linens. Two community pantries, stocked through donations, are available for family use. Perishable items such as milk, eggs, and juice are often available as well.
Volunteer groups frequently prepare meals, and snacks are always accessible. Check the bulletin board or kitchen signs for upcoming meal times.
